Groups often have difficulty turning their ideas and discussions into actions. It is a common road block many groups get caught in, which is part of the reason why groups across the country contact the Facilitation Center at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). One of our specialities is helping groups turn their ideas into a plan of action that can include a timeline, communication plan and assigned areas of responsibility. The Facilitation Center provides professional facilitation services to small and large groups. The Center is well-respected and highly-sought after by a variety of regional, national and international organizations for their expertise and collaborative approach. Facilitation specialties include:
- Personalizing meeting designs to fulfill each client's unique needs;
- Challenging groups to generate creative ideas and then funneling them into action; and
- Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) Occupational Analysis, an internationally recognized process for conducting a job analysis for any profession.
